Emergency Notification System - Text, Email and Voice Alerts

Students, faculty and staff may receive emergency alert notifications via a text message, email and voice message.  The contact information must be added to the Emergency Contact Information screen within Scorpion Online.   For text messages, a phone number for a text-enabled cell phone must be provided.
 
How to:
 
Log into Scorpion Online (available from utb.edu under Quick Links)
Click on Students, Faculty or Employees as appropriate
Under the User Account section, click on "Emergency Contact Information"
As desired, enter the name of the person to be contacted in the left column and the text-
     enabled cell phone number, email address or voice phone number in the right column. 
    
For phone numbers include all 10 digits with no spaces or punctuation.  For example,
enter 9565550001.  See example below:
