Description:
 
This message only pertains to faculty and staff that utilize the UTB VoIP telecom system.  You may change your password at any time with the CISCOPCA online configuration tool (see link below).
 
How to:
 
Log into CISCOPCA with your email credentials. 
Once you have logged in, click on Messaging Assistant.  
From the menu bar, click on Password -->  Change PIN.
Enter a password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. 
Click on the Save button.   
 
 
Password complexity rules:
 

           Must be at least 6 digits.

           Your extension cannot be part of your new password

           You cannot use the same digit more than twice consecutively

           May not contain all consecutive digits

 

           Examples of invalid passwords for an extension of 7462 would be:

 

       174621 - extension is part of the password

       231114 - the same digit is used more than twice consecutively

       12345   - the password is not at least 6-digits long

       123456 - all consecutive digits

 

 

P L E A S E  EMAIL YOUR NEW PASSWORD TO YOURSELF.
