Staff and Faculty Email Account Requests

This article pertains only to current UTB/TSC faculty and staff members.
 
UTB/TSC faculty and staff may request a UTB email address by utilizing the link below.     The account will be created within 1 to 2 days after your status is confirmed with your department.
 
NOTE - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A UTB EMAIL ACCOUNT, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR SUPERVISOR, DEPARTMENT SECRETARY, HR REPRESENTATIVE, COWORKER OR OTHER
UTB EMPLOYEE LOG INTO THE FORM FOR YOU.
Username:
 
Your email username is in the following format:

           Initial of First Name + Initial of Last Name + UTB ID #

           For example - Mary Garcia, UTB ID 0123456, Username would be - MG0123456

 

Password:

 

Your initial email password is the password you requested when you submitted your email account request  online.   If you do not recall the password, please contact the Help Desk at 882-HELP (4357) or visit the Help Desk in the Library, Room 211.

 

Ways to access:

 

On-Campus:
 
Your work computer at UTB will be configured to use Microsoft Outlook.  For information on how to use Microsoft Outlook see -->  Outlook Training Guide
 
On or Off Campus:
 
Your email can also be accessed from any web browser (on or off campus) through the Webmail interface.

 

     Webmail can be accessed from the main utb.edu website (link in top-right corner).

Password Help & Technical Help:

 

If you need help with Outlook or Webmail, please have your department secretary submit a Track-It work order or call 882-HELP (4357).
