This article applies only to STUDENT websites (Orange and Gemini).
An orange website is a student website.
Note, student websites are no longer being created on the Gemini server. The new Orange server allows the same space quota that the Gemini server afforded. Additionally, the new Orange server provides enhanced security. The Orange server will house all new student web sites.
After a website is created by the Help Desk, web pages can be created and maintained by using a program such as Sharepoint Designer, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc.
How to Request a Website:

After your web account is created, you will have to create your web page(s). The default/home page is blank until you add information and publish it. Applications such as SharePoint Designer and FrontPage can be used to create your web page(s).
