This article pertains only to faculty and staff that utilize the UTB telephone system.
 
The Attendant Console is a computer software program that allows you to use an application on your PC to look up phone numbers and transfer calls.   The program can be minimized and will automatically pop up in when a call is received.
 
Note, that unless a special expansion unit is purchased the Console Attendant software can only manage the extensions on the physical phone.
 
This program is intended for receptionists or other administrative staff that handle a high volume of calls.
